Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way! Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across India. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using our shipping partners (may vary based on location). Flat rate shipping fee of INR 99 applies to expedited orders shipping to anywhere in India. We do not ship outside of India at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns after dispatch. However we do service cancellation, upon special request, if the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nutraedge.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
